Hoover Dam....Arizona or Nevada

Standing on the border, watch I'm in Nevada.....no I'm in Arizona. 

Didn't matter which state you stood in. In was blooming freezing! Was going to do a tour of the facilities but we couldn't get back to the heater in the car quick enough.
